A brief History of Team Wheel

Team Wheel was founded in 2019 by Andy Simpson, a management consultant with over 15 years experience within the HRIS space.

We work predominantly with Chief HR Ofﬁcers, HR Directors and Senior HR managers across numerous sectors, helping them when they need expert advice
and assistance in bringing their systems and processes up to date with their businesses.

Our aim is to ensure that each of our clients is supported through every step of the HR transformation journey by acting as your transformation coach, guiding & supporting but also doing to ensure that our success is your success.

At Team Wheel, we treat every project as if it were an internal programme, ensuring that we secure the most appropriate & cost effective solutions for each of our clients.

At our core, Team Wheel is about passion, dedication and trust. With over 15 years experience in the HR technology and system integration space, plus a background in software development and systems analysis, we provide our clients with a safe pair of hands for their transformation programmes.

Our vision is to make HR business transformation easy, proﬁtable and personable, and we do this with expertise, passion and extensive connections within the sector.

We work for you and with you, becoming the translator between SaaS vendors, system integrators and your wider business, acting as a transformation coach directing your activity but also getting stuck in to ensure your project runs without a hitch. We are on your side, by your side, every step of the way.
