Terms & Conditions of Prize Draw Entry
1. Promoter
Team Wheel Ltd (the “Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
-
Open to UK corporate subscribers only, meaning employees entering using a work email address belonging to a company, LLP, limited partnership with legal personality, public body or government department.
-
Entries from sole traders or ordinary partnerships using personal email accounts are not eligible.
-
Entrants must be 18 or over at the date of entry.
-
Employees, contractors, partners, employees of partners and agents of the Promoter and their immediate families are excluded.
-
One entry per person. Duplicate, bulk or automated entries are not permitted.
3. How to Enter
-
Complete the quiz entry form at https://ke64f54kzkm.typeform.com/Teamwheel , including your name, company and work contact details so we can administer the draw and contact the winner.
-
No purchase necessary. Entry is free.
-
Entries must be received before the closing time announced at the event.
4. The Prize
-
One prize: dinner for two at a Michelin-starred restaurant, up to a total value of €500 (or the sterling equivalent on the booking date, calculated using a reputable prevailing exchange rate).
-
The prize covers food and drink up to the stated value. Travel, accommodation, service charges, tips and any amount above the cap are not included.
-
The prize is subject to restaurant availability and venue booking terms. Black-out dates or peak periods may apply. The Promoter will offer reasonable booking options.
-
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is offered.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
-
All eligible entries received before the closing time will be entered into a random draw conducted on or before the 31st May 2026.
-
The winner will be announced at the event where possible and notified by work email or phone within 7 days.
-
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time.
6. Prize Fulfilment
-
The prize must be booked within 6 months of winner notification and taken within 12 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
The winner is responsible for any taxes, charges or expenses arising in connection with the prize other than those expressly included above.
7. Publicity
-
The Promoter may publish the winner’s surname and county and, where appropriate, a non-intrusive reference to the winner’s employer for reasonable post-event publicity. You may object to or request limited disclosure at or after entry. If you object, your details may still be disclosed to regulators on request.
8. Data Protection
-
Purpose: The Promoter will process entrants’ work contact details to administer the quiz and prize draw, verify eligibility, contact the winner and comply with legal obligations.
-
Lawful bases: Performance of a contract and the Promoter’s legitimate interests in running and promoting the event.
-
B2B marketing: Because entries are from corporate subscribers using work details, the Promoter may send relevant business-to-business updates to those addresses relying on legitimate interests and in line with applicable rules. Every message will clearly identify the Promoter and include an easy way to opt out at any time. Marketing is not a condition of entry.
-
Retention: Entry data will be kept for the duration of the promotion and a short period afterwards to handle queries and regulatory requirements, then deleted or anonymised, unless you continue to receive marketing communications, in which case data will be retained only as long as necessary for that purpose.
-
Privacy contact [email protected].
9. Conduct and Fairness
-
The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information or otherwise acts in breach of these terms or unfairly towards other entrants.
-
If circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control make the promotion or prize impossible or materially different, the Promoter may modify, postpone or cancel the promotion, acting fairly and proportionately.
10. Liability
-
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
-
Subject to that, the Promoter is not responsible for: entries that are lost, late or corrupted due to network, hardware or software failure; or any loss suffered in connection with taking up the prize other than losses that are a foreseeable result of the Promoter’s breach.
11. Telephone Marketing
-
If the Promoter intends to make live business-to-business marketing calls, it will screen numbers against the Corporate Telephone Preference Service and the Telephone Preference Service and will honour any previous objections. Caller ID will be presented.
12. General
-
The decision of the Promoter is final in all matters relating to the promotion.
-
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
-
If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
