Position: Business Development Representative 
Location: Remote (UK)  
Employment Type: Full-Time​ 

Role Overview 

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Business Development Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our growth by generating and nurturing leads, managing target accounts, conducting inside sales activities, collaborating with others in the business to foster business development initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across various business areas, enhancing your skills and contributing to our dynamic team environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels to build a robust sales pipeline.​ 
  • Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with target accounts, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions accordingly. 
  • Inside Sales: Conduct sales outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to introduce our services and set up meetings for the rest of the team.​ 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with CEO and other AE’s to strategise approaches for closing deals and achieving sales targets.​ 
  • Business Development: Develop and implement initiatives to drive business growth, including market analysis and identifying new opportunities.​ 

 

Qualifications 

  • Sales and Lead Generation Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.​ 
  • Industry Experience: Experience in HR or Talent SaaS and/or Systems Integration (SI) Consultancy sectors is essential. Previous roles in organisations like Dayforce, Workday, or within the SI community are a plus.​ 
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels.​ 
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, capable of closing deals effectively.​ 
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.​
