Andy founded Team Wheel in 2019, after fifteen years running HR systems programmes as a management consultant.
Founder and CEO
Andy is a management consultant with more than fifteen years of HRIS expertise, spanning selection, implementation and recovery programmes across Workday, Dayforce and the wider HR technology market.
He has directed programmes for global hospitality groups, healthcare providers and fast-growing mid-market firms, often stepping in when a project was already in trouble and staying until the system genuinely worked for the people using it.

Head of Practice
Ros leads the delivery practice: the consultants who do the work, the methods they use and the standard clients see. She joined Team Wheel in 2025, after more than twenty years in HRIS implementation, process improvement and change management.
She was previously a senior manager at PwC UK, leading a team of forty consultants and project managers on end-to-end HR, payroll, talent and workforce management implementations, and before that built a Dayforce practice from the ground up.
Head of Marketing
Jane runs marketing: the brand, the campaigns, the events and everything Team Wheel publishes. She joined in 2026 with more than twenty years in marketing and growth, most of it inside HR, payroll and workforce technology.
She spent three years at Ceridian, now Dayforce, moving from regional marketing for the UK and Ireland to chief of staff for the EMEA managing director, then business communications manager at the Global Payroll Association, and most recently head of operations at a cyber risk scale-up.
Payroll Consultant Manager
David leads payroll consulting: the implementations, the configuration and the detail that decides whether people get paid correctly and on time. He joined Team Wheel in 2026 after fifteen years in payroll, which began on the other side of the desk, running a payroll as an ADP client before joining ADP himself.
Five years at ADP followed, first processing client payrolls and then implementing new payroll and HR systems from start to finish, then four years at Zellis as an application consultant on ResourceLink and five at Ceridian, now Dayforce, latterly as a senior implementation consultant. He studied with the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.
Solution Oversight
Ashley makes sure the solution matches the requirement: that what gets configured genuinely answers what the client asked for, from the first requirements session through to go-live. He is a certified Dayforce consultant in both Core HR and Workforce Management.
He joined Team Wheel in 2026 from Dayforce itself, where he was a senior services consultant, and before that was a manager at PwC and a principal implementation consultant at People Force. More than ten years in HCM and workforce management sit behind that.
