This policy explains what personal data Team Wheel Limited collects through teamwheel.co.uk, why, and what your rights are.

Team Wheel Limited is the data controller. Company number 12216604, registered office 5th Floor, 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF. Contact: [email protected].
This policy covers the website only. When we deliver consulting services we usually act as a processor of our clients' data under a separate written agreement, and the client's own privacy notice applies.
When you fill in a form (contact us, book an appointment, subscribe to the newsletter, or download a resource): your name, email address, company, job title, phone number if you give it, and anything you write in a message field. We use this to respond to you, arrange the appointment, send you the resource, or send you the newsletter, and to follow up about our services. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and marketing our services to business contacts, or your consent where we ask for it (for example the newsletter). Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
When you browse the Site, and only if you accept analytics cookies: information about how the Site is used, such as pages visited, approximate location, device, and how you found us. We use this in aggregate to understand and improve the Site. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie banner settings.
We do not collect special category data through the Site, and we do not use the Site's data for automated decision-making.
The Site uses cookies. Strictly necessary cookies (for example, the one that remembers your cookie choices) are always on. Everything else is off until you accept it via the banner, which offers Accept and Reject equally.
With your consent we set:
Google Analytics (GA4), to measure how the Site is used. Data is aggregated and we do not send it your name or contact details.
HubSpot, which powers our forms and, with consent, connects your visits to your contact record so we can see what you were interested in before you got in touch.
You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time via the cookie settings link on the Site, or block cookies in your browser.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers who run our systems, acting on our instructions: HubSpot (forms, contact database, and email), Google (analytics), and Microsoft (our email and document systems). We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or as part of a business sale or reorganisation.
We work from the UK and keep data in the UK and EEA where we can. Some providers (such as HubSpot and Google) may process data in the United States; where that happens it is under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or UK-approved contractual safeguards.
Enquiry and marketing contact data is kept while we have an active relationship or a live reason to stay in touch, and reviewed periodically; if you unsubscribe we keep the minimum needed to honour that choice. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it (including for marketing, which we will always honour), restrict our use of it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a month.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to resolve any concern first.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
